The matcha whisks up so smooth there's barely any grit at the bottom of my cup, which is rare for the cheaper stuff I've tried. I've been making iced lattes with it every morning and the Nishio sourcing really shows in that fresh, grassy finish.
The mini tin is smaller than I pictured but a little goes a long way, and it whisks up smooth with zero clumps. Knowing it's sourced from Nishio and Kyushu makes the price easier to swallow.
