This is my third pitcher of the season and it's already becoming a daily ritual — the pink color from the hibiscus is gorgeous in a glass with ice, and the sweetness hits just right without being cloying.
Took this to a picnic and the watermelon-hibiscus combo was the perfect cool-down after hours in the sun. The rose gives it this soft, floral finish that makes it taste fancier than it has any right to.
The hibiscus and rose really come through in the flavor without being too floral. It’s refreshingly sweet and juicy, though I do wish the little leaves settled faster at the bottom of my glass.
