The tin itself is gorgeous on my counter, which I wasn't expecting from a tea container. The cane sugar is already mixed in so I just scoop, add hot water, and it's creamy without any clumping. My mornings got a lot easier.
I didn't expect the vanilla to come through so clearly without burying the matcha, and the cane sugar makes it sweet enough that I skip my usual honey. It dissolves in cold milk too, which I've been doing most mornings instead of coffee.
The tin itself is pretty enough to leave on the counter, and the vanilla takes the bitter edge off the matcha nicely. I just spoon it into hot water on busy mornings and it dissolves without clumping.
