Spring-plucked green tea that's been scented over five nights really comes through in the cup — the jasmine is floral but never soapy. I brew a big pot every morning and the kilo bag is lasting me ages. Genuinely the best jasmine I've had.
The jasmine scent is genuinely layered, not just perfumed on top, and I can taste why it takes five nights to infuse. A full kilo is a lot of tea, but it's staying fresh in the resealable bag so far.
I've been steeping this every morning for two weeks and the jasmine comes through soft, not perfumey, which is exactly what I wanted. The 1 kg bag is huge for the price and the spring green base stays sweet even if I forget it for an extra minute.
