The bag lasts longer than I expected since a little goes a long way, and the pistachio notes come through beautifully without being overly sweet. I've been stirring it into my afternoon oat milk for a week now and it's become my favorite ritual.
The first whiff when I opened the bag was pure pistachio—sweet and nutty, just like the gelato it's inspired by. I've been adding it to my morning smoothie and it blends in effortlessly, giving that rich green color and a flavor that actually tastes organic, not artificial. Already ordered a second
I was a little skeptical about the green color at first, but the gelato-inspired flavor really comes through—it’s creamy and the naturally sweet pistachio makes it so easy to sip. The 250 g bag has lasted me a good while, too.
