The lemonade flavor hits first and then the matcha comes through on the finish, which I didn't expect to work but it really does. I've been mixing it with cold water over ice every afternoon and it's become the thing I look forward to.
I was worried the matcha would get lost behind the lemonade, but it's actually really well balanced — tart up front, then that grassy finish comes through. Mixed with cold water and a bit of ice, it's my new afternoon drink.
The smell alone brought me right back to summer afternoons, and mixing it with milk gives it the creamiest lemonade flavor I've tried. Perfectly balanced without being too sweet.
