The creaminess in this Earl Grey is what keeps me coming back—it softens the bergamot so it never turns sharp or perfume-y. I brew a sachet at 3pm most days and the grey-blue petals are a nice little touch in the cup.
The bergamot is way more noticeable than in a regular Earl Grey, and the creaminess keeps it from tasting too sharp. I've been brewing a sachet at my desk around 3pm and it's become the part of my day I actually look forward to. Twelve sachets won't last me long at this rate.
