The eucalyptus in this is way stronger than I expected, and it honestly cleared my sinuses better than the drugstore stuff I'd been using. I've been drinking a cup every night since this cold started and my throat finally doesn't feel like sandpaper.
I was skeptical about a tea actually helping a cold, but the peppermint and citrus combo cleared my sinuses better than anything else I tried last week. The juniper berries give it a nice earthy kick too, not just straight mint.
