I was skeptical a kilo bag would stay fresh, but the zip seal on this one actually holds tight. The cinnamon comes through strong with a nice rooibos base, and it brews up smooth even when I forget and let it steep too long.
I go through chai fast, so a 1 kg bag that makes around 400 cups is exactly what I needed. The cinnamon is strong without being fake-tasting, and I like that there's no caffeine so I can drink it after dinner.
Wasn't sure a kilo of loose tea was a smart buy, but the cinnamon really comes through and it's become my nightly wind-down cup. Rooibos means no caffeine, so I can drink it at 9pm without wrecking my sleep. Around 400 cups for this price still feels a little unreal.
