The apple undertone is what sold me — it's not that dusty hay flavor some chamomile teas have. Been swapping my evening coffee for this and I actually fall asleep faster.
I've been swapping my evening coffee for this and the apple undertone is a nice surprise, way less grassy than other chamomile I've tried. Only gripe is I need two bags per cup to get the strength I like, so it goes fast.
The floral and apple notes come through nicely without being too heavy, and it's been my go-to before bed for about a week now. Only gripe is the flavor fades a bit if I let it steep too long, but around three minutes it's just right.
