The yerba mate in this gives a smoother lift than my usual green tea, no jittery crash around 3pm. I brew it hot in the morning and it carries me through meetings without that wired feeling.
Swapped my afternoon coffee for this and the yerba mate kick is smoother, no jitters by 4pm. The bergamot comes through without tasting perfumey, which was my worry with an Earl anything.
The yerba mate gives a clean lift without the jittery crash I get from coffee, and the bergamot keeps it from tasting too grassy. I've been swapping my second cup for this around 2pm and actually make it through the afternoon now.
