I was skeptical about a tea tasting like a caramel apple, but the golden caramel note comes through without being syrupy. It's sweet enough that I skip dessert now.
I brewed a cup on a rainy afternoon and it honestly tasted like a caramel apple from the fair. The caramel is rich but the apple keeps it from getting too sweet.
I was worried this would taste artificial but it actually reminds me of the caramel apples from the fair as a kid. The apple flavour is tart enough that it doesn't get too sweet, which I appreciated by the second cup.
