Watermelon Wave-te, 200 g tryckt påse

Iced this overnight and poured it over crushed ice the next morning — the hibiscus and rose give it that gorgeous pink color and a tart little kick. The 200g bag is bigger than I expected too, so it'll easily last me through the whole summer.

The hibiscus gives it that gorgeous pink color and a tart edge that keeps the watermelon from tasting fake. I've been making it hot in the mornings and it's become my little ritual.

I brewed a big pitcher of this iced for a backyard BBQ and it disappeared before the burgers were even done. The rose comes through just enough to soften the sweetness, and that pink color looks gorgeous in a glass.
