I've been drinking this unsweetened every morning whisked into cold oat milk, and it's smooth enough that I don't miss the sugar at all. The organic part sold me, but the real surprise is how clean it tastes without any added sweetener.
The vanilla comes through as a soft background note rather than fake flavoring, which I appreciate since it's unsweetened and lets the matcha itself do the work. Whisked with hot water it goes smooth in under a minute, no clumps. My mornings are better for it.
I was worried unsweetened matcha would taste grassy, but this one is smooth and mellow. The organic vanilla is subtle, not fake-tasting, and it whisks up without clumps. Two scoops in hot water is my new morning routine.
