Ekologiskt Grand Cru-matcha-te, tryckt burk

I was expecting some bitterness but this matcha is velvety smooth with zero chalky aftertaste. The bright green color when whisked is unreal, and the resealable tin actually keeps it fresh.

The tin is genuinely pretty on my shelf, and the powder inside is a bright, almost neon green with zero bitterness. I've been whisking it into cold milk every morning and the texture comes out velvety rather than chalky.

The matcha itself is so smooth there's zero bitterness, even when I whisk it with just hot water. That bright green color when it blooms in the bowl tells you it's the real deal.
