Ekologiskt David's Breakfast Blend

I was worried a black tea this smooth would taste weak, but it brews up rich enough that I skip the sugar entirely now. The Assam keeps it malty and grounding on early work mornings.

The Assam gives it that proper malty kick while the Ceylon rounds it out nicely—exactly the bold start I was after. I've been brewing it a bit stronger than my usual and it still stays smooth, no bitterness creeping in.

First cup this morning had that deep, full-bodied Assam kick with just a hint of the Ceylon's sweetness—exactly the bold start my sleepy brain needed. The balance is spot on, no bitterness even after a few minutes steeping.
