Ekologiskt Grand Cru matcha, mini teburk

The color of this matcha is unreal—that bright green you usually only see in cafes. I've been whisking it into cold milk every morning and it dissolves smooth with zero bitterness. The little tin is tiny, but a scoop goes a long way so it's lasting longer than I expected.

The tin is smaller than I pictured but it's packed with this velvety, bright green powder that whisks up smooth with zero bitterness. I've been making it as an afternoon usucha and the colour alone makes me feel fancy.

I've been drinking matcha for years and the bright green color of this one told me it was fresh before I even opened the tin. The mini tin size is perfect for keeping it sealed and away from light, and the taste is genuinely velvety with zero bitterness.
