John ★★★★★

After a long day of staring at screens, I'll brew a cup about 30 minutes before bed and that heavy, earthy valerian smell alone starts to slow my brain down. The loose leaf allows a nice strong steep, and I'm out like a light without that groggy feeling the next morning. This 250g bag has lasted me

The valerian root is doing exactly what I needed—half a cup about an hour before bed and I’m actually drifting off without tossing for ages. The loose leaf bag is generous, and the earthy scent steeps into a calming, slightly grassy brew that’s become part of my evening routine.

I keep a cup steeping on my nightstand and the loose leaf tea is so easy to measure out, plus the valerian root actually takes the edge off after a long shift. The 250g bag has lasted me over a month of nightly sips, which feels like solid value.
