Matcha Biológico com Pistáchio

The color alone is a gorgeous pale green, and it dissolves smoothly with no gritty bits. It's genuinely sweet from the pistachio, so I don't feel the need to add any sugar to my afternoon cup.

I've been blending this into my afternoon iced latte and the pistachio comes through just as strong as the matcha—it really does taste like gelato in a cup. The powder dissolves smoothly with a quick shake, no clumps at the bottom. Already ordered a second bag.

The green color is so inviting, and the pistachio comes through as this deep, naturally sweet nuttiness that's nothing like artificial syrups. I've been making it as a hot latte every afternoon and it's genuinely become my favorite break of the day.
