Chá Matcha Sencha Cold Brew

I was skeptical about cold brewing green tea but this turned out so smooth, no bitterness at all even after sitting in the fridge overnight. The sencha and matcha combo gives it a nice grassy depth that's way better than the hot version I used to drink.

Tossed a couple of these bags in cold water before bed and had smooth green tea ready by morning. The sencha base stays light while that hint of matcha keeps it from tasting watery, even after ten hours in the fridge.

The matcha gives it a nice little cloudiness and a slightly grassy finish that plain sencha doesn't have. I just drop a couple of bags in a pitcher before work and it's ready by lunch, no bitterness at all.
