Chá de Chocolate e Pistáchio

I brewed a cup expecting it to be too sweet and instead got this smooth, nutty pistachio that balances the chocolate really well. The flavor lingers a bit like the Dubai chocolate trend everyone keeps talking about.

Wasn't sure chocolate and pistachio would work in a tea, but the nutty flavor is surprisingly smooth and not overly sweet. It's become my go-to for a cozy afternoon treat instead of reaching for actual candy.

The pistachio comes through first, then the chocolate settles in behind it, which keeps it from tasting like plain hot cocoa. I brew it with oat milk on cold afternoons and it's become my go-to instead of dessert.
