With valerian root, chamomile, peppermint and lemongrass, this blend is a natural choice for calm stress-relief and a touch of spa-like indulgence. It comes brew-ready in 12 plant-based, plastic-free and biodegradable sachets.
The peppermint gives it just enough lift to keep it from putting me to sleep at my desk, while the chamomile does its job beautifully. Each plant-based sachet steeps clean without any plastic aftertaste, which I really appreciate. Exactly the calming ritual I needed for my afternoon slump.
That valerian and chamomile combo really does the trick — I'm out like a light within twenty minutes of finishing a cup. The peppermint keeps it from tasting like straight dirt, which I appreciate. Also love that the sachets are plastic-free.
I've been drinking a cup of this about an hour before bed and the valerian plus chamomile combo actually settles me down without feeling groggy the next morning. The plant-based sachets are a nice touch too since I don't have to worry about microplastics steeping in my hot water.
