Edward C. ★★★★★

I was skeptical about a tea actually calming me down, but a mug of this about 30 minutes before bed has become my little ritual. The valerian root gives it an earthy taste, so I add a bit of honey, and I'm out cold within the hour.

Ruby ★★★★★

The valerian root in this actually works — I drink a cup about an hour before bed and my racing thoughts quiet down enough to fall asleep. Taste is earthy and a bit herbal, so I add a little honey, but it's worth it for how calm I feel. Twelve sachets go fast, so I'll be reordering.

Henry ★★★★★

I was skeptical about herbal teas for stress, but the valerian root in this blend really helps me unwind before bed. The organic ingredients give me peace of mind, and it's become part of my nightly routine.
