Økologisk japansk sencha-te

I’ve tried a lot of green teas that turn bitter by the second steep, but this one stays crisp and clean through the whole pot. That light, grassy sweetness with just a hint of steam makes it my new afternoon ritual.

The steaming process really brings out that crisp, refreshing taste I’ve been chasing in green teas, and it steeps up a lovely golden-green color. It’s become my afternoon ritual when I need a clean pick-me-up without any jitters, and the organic aspect is a solid bonus.

The clean caffeine hit is perfect for my afternoon slump—no jitters, just a smooth, calm focus that lasts for hours. I've been brewing it in my kyusu every morning and the crisp, refreshing taste is exactly what I needed to switch from coffee.
