Økologisk Key Lime Matcha

The tart key lime really comes through against the sweet matcha base—it’s like a dessert you can sip guilt-free. I opened the bag and the citrus aroma hit me right away, which made my morning cup feel more like a treat than a routine.

I've been mixing this into my afternoon iced drinks and the sweet-tart lime balances the matcha without any bitterness. It dissolves cleanly with just a quick shake, which honestly makes it my new favorite pick-me-up.

The zesty lime really comes through without overpowering the sweetness, and the green color is fun to watch dissolve in hot water. I've tried it both as a latte and straight up, and the pie-inspired twist makes it feel like a treat rather than just another matcha.
