The lavender in this blend is so fragrant but not overpowering—it really helps me wind down after a long day. I’ve been making it my evening ritual and the calming effect is noticeable.
I drink a cup of this about an hour before bed and the lavender really does take the edge off a long day. The spearmint keeps it from tasting too flowery, which is what usually turns me off herbal teas. It's become my little end-of-night ritual.
I was skeptical about the lavender, but it's surprisingly subtle and doesn't taste like soap. The spearmint comes through more on the finish, which keeps it from being too floral. Been drinking a mug before bed most nights this week.
