I mixed it into my morning smoothie and it tastes exactly like the banana candy from my childhood, but without the sugar crash. The lightly sweetened balance is perfect for an afternoon pick-me-up that doesn't overpower my oat milk.
The banana flavor is spot on—it genuinely tastes like those old candies, and I catch myself smiling every time I stir it into my morning oat milk. It’s sweet but not cloying, so it works as a mid-afternoon pick-me-up without the sugar crash.
