Magisch Drankje Thee

Squeezing in a bit of lemon and watching the tea shift from blue to deep purple never gets old. It’s a fun, tasty trick that makes my afternoon feel special. The butterfly pea flower gives it a lovely floral note without being too sweet.

I bought this mostly for the color change and it honestly delivered — the blue raspberry flavor is tart without being too sweet. Watching it shift from blue to purple once the lemon hits never gets old, and the butterfly pea flower makes it feel a little fancy for a Tuesday night.

Dropped a squeeze of lemon in my mug and watched it shift from deep blue to violet right before my eyes—my kid thought it was actual witchcraft. The butterfly pea flower gives it a mellow, slightly earthy taste, and the raspberry keeps it from being too floral.
