Benjamin ★★★★★

The color of this ceremonial grade alone told me it was different — that bright jade green you just don't get from the cheaper stuff. Whisked up smooth with zero bitterness, and the 150 g bag is actually lasting me longer than I expected.

Steven ★★★★★

Switched from a cheaper culinary grade and the difference in texture is obvious — this one whisks up almost creamy with zero grit. The 150 g bag is bigger than I expected too, so it'll actually last me a while.

I whisk this into a bowl every morning and the texture comes out silky with almost no bitterness, which is rare for a ceremonial grade. The fine stone-ground powder dissolves smoothly instead of clumping, so I don't have to sift it first. Genuinely the best matcha I've had in a while.
