I grabbed this when a cold left my throat raw, and the peppermint and ginger combo was instantly soothing. The fennel and cinnamon keep it from tasting medicinal, which I appreciated. Twelve sachets went fast in my house.
The licorice root gives it a natural sweetness so I don't need to add honey, which is a nice change from most throat teas. I've been drinking a cup every night this week and my scratchy throat finally feels normal again. Twelve sachets won't last long at this rate.
