I was skeptical about the peppermint and lemongrass combo but it's become my favorite part of the evening. The 12 plant-based sachets are plastic-free, which I appreciate, and each one brews up a really soothing cup.
Chamomile and peppermint together make this taste way better than the sleepy teas I've tried, and the lemongrass gives it a nice fresh finish. I steep one after dinner and I'm out cold by ten. Also love that the sachets are plastic-free.
The valerian really does the trick — I'm out within 20 minutes of finishing a cup. Love that the sachets are plastic-free too, no guilt tossing them in the compost.
