I’ve been sipping the chamomile blend after dinner and it genuinely slows my brain down, the cinnamon adds just enough warmth without being sweet. The reishi makes it feel more substantial than a regular bedtime tea, and all three steeping into that cozy, warming cup is exactly what I needed this we
The reishi mushroom is the standout for me—it genuinely makes the cup feel more calming than your average bedtime blend. I've been swapping my usual evening tea for the chamomile one and the cinnamon note warms it up just enough without being sweet. Already ordered a full box.
I work late shifts and getting home wired is my normal, but the reishi blend actually smoothed that edge off in about twenty minutes. The cinnamon one is my favorite for its cozy, warming spice that lingers nicely. This sampler is just the right size to figure out which one becomes my nightly ritual
