Iced is where this really shines — the strawberry comes through so much brighter over ice than it did hot. The bergamot is still there underneath, just softer, which I actually prefer on a warm afternoon.
I brewed this hot first and the strawberry comes through softer than I expected, almost like fresh picked berries rather than candy. Then I tried it iced over the weekend and that's where it really shines, the Earl Grey keeps it from getting too sweet.
The strawberry in this is way more noticeable than I expected, and it doesn't fight the bergamot at all. I brewed a big pitcher and iced it for a hot afternoon, and it was gone before dinner.
