I was worried the cane sugar would make it too sweet, but it's balanced nicely against the grassy matcha. The tin is a nice touch too, keeps the powder from clumping up in my humid kitchen.
The strawberry comes through without burying the matcha, which is what I worried about most. I've been making it iced with oat milk every morning, and the tin keeps it smelling fresh weeks after opening.
I was skeptical about strawberry in matcha but the balance is spot on, sweet without burying the green tea flavor. It dissolves smoothly in cold milk too, no chalky clumps at the bottom of the glass.
