I bought this for winding down after work and the chamomile blend really does the trick. The wheel design keeps the sachets tidy on my counter, and I like that they're individually wrapped so nothing goes stale.
I keep this little wheel on my nightstand and spin out one sachet about an hour before bed. The tea itself is mild and herbal, not bitter at all, and I've actually been falling asleep faster.
The wheel design makes it so easy to grab one before bed, and the tea itself is smooth and calming without any bitterness. I love that it's organic, too.
