I was skeptical about herbal teas for stress, but this one genuinely slows my racing thoughts down about 20 minutes after the last sip. The valerian root isn't overpowering, and it's become my wind-down ritual before bed.
The valerian root in this tea actually does the job—I had a stressful deadline week and one cup before bed helped me drift off without that groggy feeling the next morning. It’s become my little evening ritual, and the taste is mild enough that I don’t need to add honey.
