The mint is so fresh and invigorating, I've started making a pot every afternoon to share with my housemates. It's definitely become our new ritual for catching up.
The oolong base makes this feel a little smoother than the straight mint teas I've had, and it's become my default after-dinner cup. Steeping it for about three minutes keeps the mint from turning bitter.
I brewed this for guests last weekend and the way the oolong balances the mint is perfect—not too overpowering. It stays smooth even after steeping a bit longer than recommended.
