Even after the first few whisks, my matcha comes out completely lump-free with a nice froth on top—those 70 individual bamboo tines really do the work. The wood feels smooth and well-finished in my hand, and it's held up fine through three rinses so far.
I've only used it twice so far, and already the matcha comes out silkier than with my old electric frother. The 70 prongs whip up a beautiful layer of foam in about 30 seconds, and the hand-selected bamboo feels sturdy and well-balanced in my hand.
