Tisane biologique Camomille Rêverie

I've been brewing this every night for a week now, and it truly does what it promises—I'm asleep within twenty minutes of finishing my cup. The apple and floral notes are subtle enough to feel natural, not syrupy, and the fact that it's caffeine-free means I don't have to worry about it backfiring.

The apple note really comes through alongside the floral chamomile, and it’s noticeably fresher than other sleepy-time blends I’ve tried. Since it’s caffeine-free, I don’t worry about a second cup while reading, and it genuinely takes the edge off my evening.

Steeped a mug about 45 minutes before bed and the lightness of it really settled my mind, no heaviness at all. It’s genuinely sweet without needing honey, which I wasn’t expecting from a pure herbal blend. I’ve already swapped out my usual evening routine for this.
