I’ve been drinking this after dinner for a week now, and the schizandra berries give it a tart, juicy finish that makes it feel less like tea and more like a treat. It’s caffeine-free, so I don’t worry about tossing back a cup at 9 pm, and I’m sleeping noticeably deeper without any grogginess.
The sea buckthorn gives it this bright, juicy tartness I wasn't expecting from a mushroom tea—it's genuinely delicious. Three cups in and I already feel like the schizandra berries are doing their thing.
