The peppermint and eucalyptus combo really cleared my head after just one cup. I love that it’s caffeine-free but still feels invigorating, and the hint of citrus makes it taste fresh, not medicinal.
I was stuffed up and miserable all week, and a mug of this before bed honestly helped me breathe easier. The peppermint is strong but the citrus keeps it from tasting like toothpaste, and the eucalyptus sneaks up on you in a good way.
The juniper berries give this a nice piney undertone that I wasn't expecting, and the eucalyptus really opens up my sinuses when I'm stuffed up. I've been drinking a mug every night this week and my throat finally stopped feeling raw.
