Matcha de Piña Colada Ecológico

Wasn't sure pineapple belonged in matcha, but the sweet coconut cream balances it out nicely. I've been drinking it iced on weekend mornings and it genuinely tastes like a piña colada without the rum.

The coconut cream comes through so clearly that it almost tastes like a dessert, and the pineapple keeps it from being too sweet. I've been whisking it into cold milk over ice and it's become my afternoon treat.

The pineapple and coconut are perfectly balanced—neither overpowers—and it's sweet enough without needing extra sugar. I've been making it iced every afternoon.
