The cardamom and ginger come through just enough to warm it up without hiding the peppermint, and a spoonful of honey makes it my evening ritual. This kilo bag has lasted me over two months of daily cups, which is great value for the quality.
The peppermint is front and center, but the ginger and cardamom give it a warm, comforting finish that’s perfect after dinner. I’ve been brewing a pot every evening and it’s genuinely helped settle my stomach. One kilo is a lot, but I’ll gladly work through it.
