The hibiscus gives it a nice tartness that balances the sweetness of the papaya perfectly. I’ve been brewing it iced every afternoon this week, and it really does feel like a little tropical escape.

The pineapple comes through first, then that tart hibiscus finish kicks in — really wakes up your mouth. I've been cold-steeping a sachet overnight and drinking it over ice all week.

I brewed a mug of this iced and the hibiscus gives it this gorgeous deep red color that looks like a sunset in a glass. The cranberry keeps it from being too sweet, which I appreciate since most fruit teas taste like candy to me. Twelve sachets went faster than I'd like to admit.
