Bio-Jasmin-Schwarzperlen-Tee

I've tried a few jasmine teas before but never a black one, and the pearls are gorgeous, almost too pretty to steep. The jasmine comes through soft rather than perfumey, and it holds up for a second and third steep without going bitter.

The little hand-rolled pearls unfurl into such a smooth, malty black tea, and the jasmine comes through soft instead of perfumey. I've been brewing a few pearls per cup in the afternoon and it hasn't gotten bitter once, even when I forget and let it steep too long.

I've never had a tea where the jasmine comes through so clearly without tasting perfumey, and the black pearls give it this malty depth underneath. Steeped it three times and the flavor barely faded.
