The yogurt note makes it creamier than your average fruit tea, which I didn't expect but really enjoy. I've been steeping one sachet each afternoon and love that they're completely plastic-free, so I don't feel guilty tossing them in the compost.
The tart rhubarb hits first, then the creamy yogurt smooths it all out—exactly like a parfait in a cup. I’ve been brewing these after dinner instead of dessert, and the bright berry note lingers just enough to feel indulgent without being heavy.
The sachets being plastic-free and biodegradable sold me, and the flavor is spot on—tart rhubarb with just enough sweetness from the berries. Brewed a cup this morning and it tastes like a fancy bakery treat, not a bagged tea. Creamy note comes through nicely too.
