The vanilla actually comes through without any added sugar, which I didn't expect from an unsweetened matcha. I've been whisking it into cold oat milk every morning and it blends smooth with zero clumps.
I was worried unsweetened matcha would taste grassy, but the vanilla rounds it out nicely without any added sugar. It whisks up smooth with no clumps, and I've been drinking it every morning instead of coffee.
The organic ingredients really shine through in the smooth, clean taste, and the natural vanilla adds just enough warmth without being overpowering. I've been mixing it with oat milk for a quick morning latte.
