Økologisk vanilje-matcha, limited edition dåse

The vanilla really comes through and softens the matcha's grassy edge, so it doesn't need any milk or honey. I've been whisking a scoop into cold water before work and it dissolves without clumps.

The cane sugar in this makes it sweet enough that I don't need to add anything, which is rare for matcha powders. Mixes smooth in cold milk with just a fork, no clumps. The tin is smaller than I pictured but it's lasting me about three weeks of daily cups.

The vanilla cuts the matcha's bitterness just enough that I don't need to add anything. The cane sugar is already in there too, so it's literally just hot water and stir. Gone through half the tin in two weeks.
