Økologisk marokkansk mynte-oolong-te

The mint hits right up front but the oolong body keeps it from being too sharp, which is exactly what I want after dinner. I’ve already gone through half the pouch in two weeks just making afternoon cups.

The mint is really fresh and crisp, not artificial at all, and the oolong base gives it a nice smooth finish that lasts a few steeps. I’ve been brewing a pot every evening after dinner and it’s quickly become my little ritual.

Steeped a pot for guests last weekend and it was smooth enough to keep refilling without getting bitter. The oolong base gives it a grassy depth that balances the mint nicely, though I wish the leaves were a bit more generous for the price.
