Brewed a big pitcher this afternoon and let it chill for a couple of hours—it tastes exactly like a boozy-free strawberry lemonade from a summer fair, and the tanginess holds up even over ice without getting watery. Honestly the perfect base for a spritzer if you're feeling fancy with some club soda
